Return / Order Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only.
No Exchanges
Please do not DM us on Instagram we get so many dm's they get lost in the shuffle.
You MUST notify us of the return within 14 d of receiving your order.
 All clothing must be unworn, and free of any perfume, fabreeze, cigarette smells, Makeup stains, Deodorant stains, Pet and human hair and with tags attached, or they will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. 
Delayed Packages due to postal delays are at no fault of LeLe. Any return postage from a delayed package is to be paid by the recipient. 
All Bodysuits, Swimwear, Bra Sets, and items bought with a coupon code or that are on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Damages
Please inspect all of your clothing for damages as soon as you get it BEFORE you wear them. Damages MUST be reported within 48Hrs of your order being delivered by emailing us at Myleleactive@gmai.com.
Return Time Frame
Returns MUST be received by us within 7 days of your return being approved. 
To start the return process simply click on the
"Start a return" tab at the bottom of our homepage. 
Please allow 24-48 hrs during business hours M-F 9-5 est. for a response.   International and APO. FPO returns are not supported by Shopify because of customs. You will need to send them back at your own expense within 14 days of being delivered. 
Canceled Orders
Canceled unprocessed orders will be refunded minus 15% processing fees. This covers the CC fees we are charged and are not refunded when an order is canceled. 
Change Request 
After an order is placed we can not add, cancel or change any items in your order.  We can not combine orders or refund shipping. This delays the shipping process for orders. 

Returns over $125
Returns over $125 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Complete orders that received free shipping will have the original and return shipping costs deducted from the store credit.
Processing Times 
Please allow 7-28  Business Days for your return to be processed before contacting us. Due to COVID-19, we are implementing a 7 Day quarantine period for all returns before they are processed.
 Please keep your tracking info so you can track your return.  If it shows it was delivered back to us and it is past 28 business days. Then please reach out to us.
Your store credit will be emailed to you.
Return Fees 
Return label fees ($5-$15 depending on weight) and original shipping charges will not be refunded on returns.
